Locked exfil disappears on last-seconds activation

Description of Issue: I activated the outpost locked exfil located on top of Flight Control with roughly 4 seconds left on the timer. The activation registered, my "activate exfil" contract updated as completed the moment I activated it, but the exfil itself disappeared immediately upon activation. Neither I nor my teammate were extracted, and we lost all our loot despite a successful run. We regularly activate locked exfils in the final seconds without issue, so this behavior was unexpected.

Repro Steps:
- Reach the outpost-locked exfil on top of Flight Control.
- Activate it with only a few seconds (~4) remaining on the timer.
- The activation is successful, but the exfil disappears.

Notes: If not a bug, I would like to understand how the final locked exfil works, specifically, the minimum time needed on the timer to successfully activate it, and why the contract registered as completed if the activation ultimately failed and no extraction occurred. Is this intended behavior?
