Unable to revive teammates in Cryo Archive

Platform - Xbox Series X
Description of Issue - When reviving teammates it would show the animation but then would not complete. Triage revive did not work either. Both teammates were in the game and did not disconnect. When disconnecting from the lobby after dying, it gave me the are you sure you want to leave notification but all teammates were dead.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 6/11/26 3:45 est
Repro steps - Video shows me trying to revive teammate twice. They said after reviving, their screen turned black. The other teammate disconnected and came back.

I'm having a similar problem, but slightly different than in the video. My UI completely disappeared on death, and when my teammates tried to revive me, all they could do was search my bag. The revive option doesn't even show up when they are hovering over my bag. When I quit the game to restart, my screen just goes completely black on reconnecting.
