Cryo Sponsored Kit Bug
Hello,
There is a problem with the cryo archive sponsored kit as of 6/11/2026. I meet the level requirements to drop but it doesn’t let me. Loading into any other location yields the same results as well. Please fix.

Can you grab a video showing the kit equipped and not being able to enter Cryo Archive?

We have taken note of your report and will investigate this on our end.
I have this problem as well, in fact, all kits should be accounted for their value so we could use them in matches that require players an ante.
I am also having this issue. Attempting to use the kit ON Cryo leads to an error where it says the kit doesn’t meet ante value of 5000.

I also experienced this issue, and as you can't use this sponsored kit on any other map I put it back in my vault. After relaunching the game the kit has dissapeared and is no longer available in my vault or in the armory.
I am having the same issue, "Crew Error, Loadout requirement" with a Cryo Archive Sponsored Kit worth exactly 0 credits. Thanks.
