Cyro Sponsored Kit Unable to Use in Cryo

**Bungie Account Name** - call me warrior#2208 **Platform** - Xbox Series X **Description of Issue** - cyro sponsored kit doesn’t meet requirements to load into cyro **Rough Date and Time of issue** - 6/11/2026 @ 1:10pm EST **Repro steps **- removed cyro kit to vault, full closed the game, reopened game and loaded cyro sponsored kit to loadout, game still says “Crew Error, loadout requirement, required loadout value: 5000”
