Black Screen with working UI and HUD (Game still run and I can get into a match but the 3D world is just a black screen)
The UI and HUD of the game still works fine, but I can't see anything that is 3D (like the whole world itself and characters is pitched black). I've try multiple methods like clearing shader cache, updating driver, check for corrupted files, and run as admin but it still doesn't work. The sounds also works fine, only the world is not loading and everything is pitch black on the screen.

Screenshot is over size limits so here's the link to the screenshot, and yes, I've waited for over 15 minutes hoping it's a server thing but it's not, and so far I've spent over an hour and 30 minutes trying to fix it.
More information: World simulation and collision are present, but static meshes, skeletal meshes, and world materials are not being rendered. Everything works normally except the world since it's isn't being rendered.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having graphical issues when trying to play the game.
To start out, we'd recommend trying to verify the game file integrity through steam to see if it helps. If the issue persists, please ensure that all of your drivers, windows, and your BIOS are all fully up-to-date. Lastly, if those two steps don't help, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
If you still run into the same issue despite all of this, can you provide us with a copy of your DxDiag? You can copy and paste it over on PasteBin and provide us with the link.
