Outpost - Parasitism 1/5 UESC Data Bank inaccessible

Description of Issue:
On Outpost, after entering through the "processing wing" and defeating all UESC forces before taking the vented ladder up, running into the center of the pinwheel, there was no accessible "e" interaction to complete the second step of the mission. There is an invisible task after defeating the two ghosts on the roof, which is scanning the terminal near the "Master Clearance Card - Processing", this was completed prior to entry using two green clearance codes. Additionally, no quest marker was given after scanning the terminal outside of processing.
I was stuck in the center with 3 purple shielded captains, with no way to continue the contract. Thankfully a restricted exfil spawned and I was able to leave with that, but it's extremely frustrating spending hours attempting to complete this mission and the game negates your run from doing so because it's bugged. (Photo won't show but yes, I walked to the other side and there was no accessible "e" option either)
P.S. the run prior when someone else opened pinwheel, and killing the two ghosts, I was not able to access the pinwheel terminal because I needed to scan the terminal outside before getting the keycard.
What a horribly implemented contract for the better faction. Very upsetting Bungie.
