Purchased Deluxe Edition on PS5 Still Showing as Trial
Hi there, I purchased the deluxe edition of Marathon on PlayStation, however the game is still showing as trial and wont let me download deluxe edition despite having bought it. Shows as "unavailable" now.
I have a receipt from PlayStation that shows I purchased the deluxe edition with the full marathon game included.
The deluxe edition includes the standard game, so not sure why it's not working for me.
I've asked Sony for a refund but they've told me I need to reach out to Bungie to resolve this issue.
I have also opened a ticket with Bungie Marathon game support over two days ago but haven't received any response from anyone on this issue.. Request #458144.

Hi,
I see all recent posts on this forum apart from mine have been answered by someone at Bungie. Is there a reason no one from Bungie is responding to either this post or my support ticket??
Try posting again, sometimes attempts can fall through the cracks.
