Items not refunded
Hi, i have played yesterday with my friends and we got into a fight but while rotating to get them from behind i got an server error and then my game just crashed into the desktop without error.After 10 sec my friends got the same server error but they didnt lost their things and said that items refunded. There s me after launching the game again (they were already in the UI Menu) it tells me if i want to reconnect i press yes but then because the whole lobby i think got the same error and game sends me directly in the lobby. So yeah, my friends got items refunded but i didnt have any. I didnt die btw while my friends were rotating as well because they were keeping me safe while i was launching the game.

I understand you didn't see any error upon crashing. Before the crash itself, you mentioned getting a server error - what did the error say? Were you able to get a screenshot or recording of it? If so, please consider uploading any clips to a public hosting platform, like YouTube or Imgur, and share a link with us. Error screens and codes can give us more insight on possible causes.
There is also the possibility that this was caused by networking issues. If you haven't already, please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide for detailed troubleshooting steps, just to rule out any potential networking issues and prevent this from reoccurring. You can also track your platform's server status to see if there were any outages.
As for gear refunds, unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot. Any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
I think it was the whole lobby who got the conection error cus after 10 seconds my friends got it too but they got their items back, i didnt because i crashed into the windows directly..
