Not enough space to claim faction rewards

I have 3 faction rewards to open, and I have over 40 slots available in my vault, however it wont let me claim them because 'Not Enough Space'. These are not VIP rewards so its typically only a few items.

Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.
Have you checked your overflow to see if there any items sitting in there? You can see the icon to access this on the left side of the vault page.
If both your vault and overflow have free space and you can't claim your rank up rewards, please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
