Can't load into game
Ever since season 2 launched, the game will cut to a black screen and crash once through the signing in and verifying content notifications. I know that Marathon isn't exactly tuned for play on gaming laptops, but it was working pretty well in season 1, this certainly wasn't an issue. I've tried just about everything to troubleshoot, including restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling, updating windows/BIOS and nothing has worked. I'd greatly appreciate any assistance or ideas.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues loading into the game. If you are using an Intel Ultra CPU, can you try installing the most recent BIOS update through the manufacturer and not through Intel? We'd received some reports of a similar issue in the past, in which that had resolved the issue.
If the issue persists, or if you are using a different CPU than the set listed, can you also try closing all non-essential third-party applications, to see if there may be some interaction with some other software? If the issue persists, please let us know and we'll gather a bit more information to report.
My device doesn't use an Intel Ultra CPU, nor do I make use of any third party apps while the game is running. I'll happily provide any more information required, as it seems as if others are affected by the same issue, so perhaps it'll be of use to them as well.
