KKV-9SD & D54 Battle Pistol Rigidbody Stock Effects Reversed

Issue: Bonus stats from folded vs unfolded Rigidbody stock on KKV-9SD are reversed.
Date/Time: Noticed around 11:25 PM PDT 6/3/26
Reproduction Steps: Equip a KKV-9SD or D54 Battle Pistol and attach the Rigidbody Stock. Unfold the stock, and notice that ready speed is significantly faster than when it is unfolded. You can also notice these effects with ADS speed, where when folded, it is faster. The item description claims the opposite should be true for these. This occurs on both the KKV-9SD & D54 Battle Pistol.
