NuCaloric standard contract "Compound Solutions I" reports that biostrip salvage can be found at Algae Ponds, which is no longer true as of season 2.

Stackable consumables (including ammo, meds, grenades, etc.) auto-pickup to complete any partial stacks in your inventory. This is intended behavior.
