Thank you for the report. We are aware of an issue where users are unable to claim all expected Early Bird VIP rewards and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
what is the early bird vip rewards? this is for the 7 apology kits.

Players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT) were sent 7 Sponsored Kits, split into two messages. If they haven't arrived yet, unfortunately it would appear this account did not meet eligibility requirements.
I played during that time and haven't gotten my items. maybe the system isn't working and that's why people still haven't gotten their things yet and why there's multiple posts on it. check my account I played during timeframe stated.
