Players can die in non-final exfils if they do not go off before final exfil

Per the title, players can now die in a non-final exfil point if they do not successfully exfil before final exfil. This was originally how exfils behaved on launch until patch 1.0.6, where non-final exfils were changed to go off immediately as the instance timer hits 0:00. However, this change appears to have been reverted with the start of Season 2.
