CHIP MOD INFO DISPLAY BUG

While hovering over chip mods both in game and in the menus, the info box that should appear is not displaying.

    If this happens again, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue you're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look.

    UPDATE//

    This is not specifically related to chip mods, rather just any item can "bug," and won't show it's info box.

    Same here 

    Exklusively on Chip Mods the Problem 
    And only when I want to pick them up while hovering above them 
    If I have it in my Backpack and reload the backpack I can see the descriptions 
    Otherwise it's hardly flickering / unreadable
