Missing Codex Entries for VIP from Season 1

Hi, I had all 6 factions at VIP (like VIP4-8) and I got only 2 codex rewards for Traxus and Mida VIP.
Could you help me out getting my rewards?

Is there any specific issue tracker or estimated time untill my codex entries come back?
As of today I am still missing those rewards.

I only got MIDA and Sekiguchi even though I completed 6/6 VIP

Coincidentally(?) these were the last two VIPs I achieved.
