In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

Me too. I was in a lobby with friends, they still have their purple kit but mine disappeared after the red text.
same thing happened to me loading into Dire Marsh Night. Was in for about 20 seconds crashed. Only I lost my kit, but 1 in our team lost his when we tried to load back in. Sucks!!!

I got to level 79 in the last season and didnt even get the purple bag

Just DC'd again, what a shit show on the relaunch. come on guys, get your shit together. This is not fun.
DC's each match now, 3 in a row, Cann't complete a mission, this sucks.
Just crashed out in Dire Marsh night again after killing 6 runners and getting a huge haul, this fucking sucks Bungie.
Just logged off, as even though I finished the contract in dire marsh, it was listed as "complete" during the run, but after the DC it says I have to do it again. Lost the dire marsh kit, the whole haul and the contract. Fix this shit.
Hello, I would add my account to this. Went in shortly after the release of the season with the purple sponsor, got in the "Do you want to keep waiting?" message for easily 30 minutes until I gave up. Tried again in the afternoon, thinking this time the servers wouldn't be so unstable, this time with the blue sponsor, only to again get in the "Do you want to keep waiting?" loop. This time I was like for 20 minutes before giving up. I have not played since. Is there a way that you can rollback my account back to start of season? It's not like I got anything so at least I will have the stuff I lost back.
