Completed Compiler and did not receive codex or skin

  • Description of Issue - Completed compiler (Entire Lobby) including doing damage during the fight and exfilled with the red item. Did not receive codex entries including thief shell skin. Did compiler twice in one night even and didn't get it.
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - 6/2/2026, first at around 3am and the second at around 5:20 am central time.

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
    • Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
    • Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
    • Did your friends get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
    • Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?

    If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    I also had the same issue. Mine occurred around June 2nd at 6:00 AM CST how can we report this issue to Bungie?
