No Compiler Skin or Charm after Kill and Exfil with lvl 5 room
Fought and damaged the compiler and even opened the level 5 room. Did not receive skin or the the charm. Attached is evidence of me pre and post Compiler fight.

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports from players who haven't received the expected Codex rewards after defeating the Compiler, and we are currently investigating.
Bungie Support can I get an admin/gamemaster to just unlock the skin in my inventory, while you work out the root cause please. Very frustrating having played all season and be unable to enjoy my reward unlock skin and charm for fighting the compiler. Please let me know if this or a similar action can be taken, thank You
