Missing Cryo Archive skin - Vandal

So I just completed the cryo archive raid, killed the Compiler,and exfilled along with what I assume was every person in the whole trio lobby. We all killed the compiler together and I was expecting to get the black/blue cryo skin for my Vandal shell after we were done with the run. But I see that the codex challenge is still incomplete and I have not received the skin. I have footage from my Xbox of the fight, kill, and the exfill of the whole lobby.
