Thief's X-ray Visor is glitchy through smoke

Description of Issue - Thief's visor overlay does not highlight runners consistently through smoke. Sometimes it works fine, others it stutters or is inaccurate, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Has gotten me killed a couple times, thinking it will highlight runners and it doesn't or glitches out.

Repro steps - Not sure how to replicate or what causes it. Seems to glitch at random, usually against assassins. That could just be because they use smoke the most or might be tied to an interaction with invisibility. Visor does highlight them correctly sometimes.
