Completed Vault 6 and AI subroutine did not spawn.

Account name is Natertater4883#4763. I don't know if there is any way for it to be confirmed that we completed vault 6 and successfully exfiltrated, but after only seeing one vault 6 key in 400 hours of gameplay and then managing to complete it this feels like an extreme slap in the face. Some objects in the room had clipped though the floor (the hazard capsule was not able to be looted), so I am guessing the same happened to the subroutine. If this was any other vault, I would just find another key and run it again, but the rarity of vault 6 makes this impossible. This needs to be fixed, and those that have reported it need the codex entry for subroutine 6 granted. Compiler and the vaults needed to access it are the pinnacle achievement of the game, and now my time working towards that goal feels wasted.
