Loop/ Glitch

In Cryo Archive I dropped down from the upper level onto one of the columns in control panopticon to get to the lower level. Got stuck in an infinite loop of being transported back to the top of the column. Wouldn't allow me to proceed in the level, join my team or exfil. Stuck surrounded by newly spawned enemies. After self-ressing it looped back to the top of the column. Lost all my gear.
