Killed Compiler, no skin or codex entry

I completed compiler with a several other squads, I successfully exfilled, as well as did considerable damage to the compiler, as well as interacted with the mechanics of the fight to start damage phase, im just wanting my skin, I was playing thief, my run was roughly at 6:45pm est, I as well need my codex entry for the kill, please and thank you bungie I love you all so much

This also happened to me last night. Rossingtonn#7205. I previously killed Compiler once six weeks ago with my Medic with someone else who had the subroutines, got the main codex caps and Medic skin then. I’ve been grinding hard to get my subroutines, finally got all six done yesterday. Had the goal to get another kill in before the wipe to get my Vandal skin. My team brought the DNA access card, did the things, invited 2 other teams to join us, and all went in to fight the compiler. I used one of the panels to bring down his invincibility, was in the green bubble shooting at him and his green balls, shot him in the head and chest, but got knocked off the platform before he died (I did not go down). When he died I was close enough to get hit by his blast, but not close enough to die (I took damage). I interacted with his body afterwards, and we opened the level 5 vault, left (successful exfil with all 8 players) with goop, and the other two members of my squad got their first kill codex caps and skins, but I did NOT get my vandal codex cap or skin. Played a few more rounds last night, hoped it would cap late, it didn’t, logged in again this morning, no cap.
I agree, this is bogus. This is an extremely challenging encounter on multiple levels, and while it’s fun, is really stressful for literally no reason if YOUR game doesn’t work.
Please investigate and correct (I didn’t get a video, but multiple team members got a screen grab of all of us before we exfilled).
The members of my squad who did get their codex and skins were R_SQUAR3D56#8682 and Franklotion666#5066. You should be easily able to investigate based on this information provided and reconcile my cap.
If you’re going to make a product that is very challenging for specific high level rewards gated behind hours upon hours of farming, grinding, keys and gates, gankers, and “puzzles,” when players actually do complete it they should 100% get the cap 100% of the time.
I may also consider opting out if this isn’t fixed. What’s the point?

I do not have a video proof of the kill, I already stated at approximately what time the compiler kill was, I am on Xbox,
Yes I did direct damage to the compilers weak spot, I did not directly start it but I did provide batteries to do so, as I said I interacted with the mechanics of the fight, I do not remember the exact date but it will be the same day approximately 2 hours prior to my original post, I as well have a screen shot I can provide of the group of like 10 people I did compiler with if that’s absolutely necessary, if I’d have known I wouldn’t get any credit neither codex entry or skin I would have recorded it, but I did not know this would happen so there is no recording of my direct proof, I just want the skin I don’t even care about the codex entry I can get it next week, I just want my thief skin bungie please, I wouldn’t be putting in this much effort to get a skin and codex entry, I did everything that was required to receive the skin, and yes I did in fact exfil successfully afterwards, in fact im the one who called the exfil, my bungie ID is b#5287, please bungo
Bungie you all told me to update with all of the information and im still waiting on my skin, I’ve updated you guys several times and gave all of the necessary info, run was May 30th at 6:45pm est, I was playing thief, we did it with several other teams, yes I interacted with the fight, yes I put in batteries to enter the room, yes I did considerable damage, yes I exfilled successfully, no I don’t have photographic proof of kill only photographic proof of the big group of other people I did the whole encounter with, I am on Xbox, I’ve tried to be nice throughout this whole ordeal but I want my thief skin, I keep checking this thread every morning hoping you guys say you made it right but it’s begging to be so long ago I don’t even think you guys can check anymore, can you please just make it right, i put in run after run after run to finally get lucky enough and you guys won’t let me have my skin, I did exactly what the codex entry says I needed to do, it isn’t fair to not let me have it
