Lost loadout due to disconnect and unable to reconnect to PSN
I just loaded into a game. Almost immediately I was disconnected and presented with an error saying I was lost connection to PSN and unable to reconnect. I restarted my PS5 and was able to get connected back to PSN. Unfortunately, I lost my entire loadout. Any way to get that loadout back?

We understand you were disconnected at the start of a run. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact which this incident may have had. Before you next play, you may wish to Optimize Connections and perform Network Troubleshooting, as these steps can often help to prevent the recurrence of incidents such as that which you've experienced.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems. If you do continue to experience these types of incidents, then please let us know if you see any error codes when they occur, and we'll review.
I'm not seeing the gear I lost refunded. Does that take some time?
