Compiler Bug - Did not receive skin or codex entry for ganglion or Compiler Kill

Completed Compiler with team and we killed compiler. Collected the Ganglion and exfiled.

Only one of our team members received the reward for killing compiler, while the rest of us did not receive the codex entry or the skin. Despite it being his key that got us in.

- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- Was the fight between the Complier and your crew only? or were there other crews involved?
- Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
- Did you personally damage exposed Compiler?
- Did you personally pick up the Ganglion?
- Did you personally exfil with it?
- Video of the Compiler kill
- Screenshot or Video of the missing codex entry and skin after returning to menu.
