Dire Marsh Door killed me, twice

- Description of Issue - Video in I think Maintenance area (Dire Marsh), door appeared closed but actually was open according to my teammates. In video, shots can be exchanged through the door. Players move through the door. The first time I died there, opposing runner shot me through what appeared to be a closed door. Teammate indicated it was open at the time. Video shows what I saw, including rounds passing through a closed door, killing me. I eventually was revived and went to revive my teammate on the other side of the door, but when i went to open the door there was no interact button. The door wouldn't let me pass through. So I was shot by the opposing runners but could not return fire. Second video shows this.

Thank you for the report! We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

So, I’m sorry, but I don’t know what your message means about restoring items lost due to an issue within the game.
I’m not asking for specific items. I was running on a Cryo 5k kit. Can I please have one back? I don’t need the specific items or whatever loot I found. I don’t recall what it was anyway.
Also, it’s weird that the Cryo 5k kits can’t be used for low-stakes sponsored runs. That should be addressed in the future.
I hope you would be able to help me out. The videos clearly show an issue not of my own making.

Been checking. Nothing returned yet. This sounds like it was known and server based issue.
