Exfil bug on cryo
We called the extraction on Cryo from the terminal. Once we arrived at the extraction point, the game would not let us extract. As a result, we lost all our gear and loot. Is there anything you can do to help or restore our items?

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
If this happens again, please use your platform's share feature to capture a clip highlighting the issue you're experiencing and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here along with your Bungie name (including the # and 4 digits), platform, and approximate date/time it occurred. We'll be glad to take a look!
