Gear not given back.

After the first crash some friends and I reloaded into Cryo archive with the same stuff, getting ready for compiler. Little did we know the server was going to crash and prevented us from getting any of our stuff back

While support is unable to manually return lost loot, we do have a system in place that can automatically refund gear lost to a subset of server-side errors. Please note that this does not cover gameplay losses caused by Internet connectivity issues or client-side problems. Any qualifying refunds are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

To help us investigate what happened here, could you share a few more details about the crash:
- What platform were you playing on?
- About what date and time did this happen, including your time zone if possible?
- Were you solo or in a crew, and did your friends crash at the same time too?
- Did you see any error code, disconnect message, or crash popup?
- Did the game client itself close/crash, or were you kicked due to what looked like a server issue?
- After relaunching, did your gear fail to return immediately, or did it come back later?
- If you have any screenshots or video, please include those as well.
You can upload any footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
