Server Issue

I played last night at around 12 pm on 5/26/26 and I was disconnected for maintenance which I had no clue about because it was not posted. I have now lost my entire kit and I want a reimbursement. I should not be able to que for a game where I can lose my items due to a lack of knowledge around server downtime.

    We're sorry to hear you lost your gear following the server issues and disconnect you experienced while in a match.

    Please know that Marathon maintenance likely contributed to the issue. For future reference, we recommend consulting our Server and Update Status page for updates regarding ongoing maintenance or server issues.

    Regarding lost items, support is not able to manually restore any lost items or progress. In cases where a qualifying server-side error occurs, any item recovery is handled automatically by the game systems.

  • But the in-game system did not give me any of my stuff back
