Final exfil didn’t spawn in Cryo

I was playing cryo ranked. We were waiting till the final exfil before exfilling. As all teams were killed. When it got to the final exfil it didn’t spawn and we all lost our loot. I have a 30min clip of the run showing my map open with no exfil spawned on the map also audio with teammates cuts out halfway through the game. Is there a possibility of loot being given back due to the bug?

Based on what you described and from what can be seen in the video, this does not appear to be a case where an exfil failed to spawn due to a bug. In this situation, it looks like your team may not have had an active exfil available by the time the run ended.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
