Where can I get help with CrossSave account linking from Bungie?
So just a built a new PC, super excited to try out Marathon on it after playing on my Xbox. Somehow, my Xbox and Steam account are linked on Bungie.net, however on my PC it sees it a fresh account with no progress sync from my Xbox account. I've spent 2 days with ChatGPT trying to resolve it since there is no Bungie Help contact.
Seriously, you want people to pay you money, yet you provide no direct support contact.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Cross Save feature. To start, we'd recommend going through our Cross Save Guide for some additional information on the feature along with some troubleshooting steps to try when things go awry.
I have gone through all of the Cross Save Guides, and tried multiple times to get the accounts synced. I've uninstalled Marathon and went through and made sure there was no leftover folder data. Cleared Steam Caches etc. I log into Xbox and it shows all of my progress, but on my PC I load up and its a fresh account.
