Network Crashed with only 2 minutes left in Cryo
I want my gear restored.
I have no network issues on my end. I’m on a 600 Mbps connection, my PC is hardwired, and I was still kicked from the server during final exfil. After that, it took almost two full minutes to reconnect, which caused me to lose everything.
That is unacceptable. If the game’s servers can’t reliably handle a match with four/five squads of three people, that’s a serious infrastructure issue. Half the time, loading into a match is already extremely laggy, and now players can’t even exfil properly because the game can’t maintain basic network stability.
Please fix the server/network issues and restore the gear I lost due to this disconnect.

While we have taken note of this thread and will continue monitoring any issues on our end that may have caused this to occur, in the event of a local hiccup, we'd recommend going through our Basic Network Troubleshooting and Advanced Network Troubleshooting Guides. Regarding the lost gear, we are unable to recover any gear that has not been automatically returned automatically from the game.
