Beyond the crimson veil not unlocking
I have now beaten the compiler and exfilled with the disinjector and have also looted the disinjector off of a runner I killed and still did not get this to unlock. What steps can be taken to fix this.

Based on what you described, this may be related to the specific conditions required for that unlock rather than the item simply being present after successfully exfiling.
