For carnage, apply within not counting for whole team.
My team on cryo had 112 enemy kills total for the match, ended up exfiling at final, and we didnt get the codex. Does ONE person actually have to get all 100 kills on their own and it doesnt count for the rest of the team? I would like some closure on this because if this is a bug then this should get fixed ASAP.
Bungie support please let me know!

It appears that progress for this type of Codex objective may depend on each player's individual contribution rather than the team's combined total.
