HUD MISSING COMPLETELY

PLEASE Bungie Support HELP

My HUD is almost completely missing during gameplay since the beginning. No health bar, compass, directional indicators or normal gameplay UI appear during matches. Map and menus work correctly.FPS counter appears normally.Game is fully playable otherwise. I already: reinstalled the game restored PS5 licenses checked all settings restarted console multiple times Issue has persisted for about 2 months. Other players on PS5 have the normal HUD/UI.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • The approximate date and time of when this first happened
    • A short gameplay clip showing the missing HUD during a match
    • A screenshot or clip of your HUD settings page
    • Aa clip showing you toggling the HUD setting off and back on, then returning to gameplay
    • Whether this happens on every character or only one

    Please use your platform's capture button to take the videos. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the links here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    The issue started around April 21, 2026, when I first downloaded the game on PS5.
    It happens on every character.
    I already tried reinstalling the game and restoring licenses, but the HUD is still missing during gameplay.

    Hi there,

    We’re not able to open ZIP files sent by players. Could you use a website such as YouTube or Imgur to upload the video and screenshots?

    Hi, i did try Wetranfer because I am not familiar with YouTube :(
    What else can I do? Can I send you still frames to your email address? Even if I send you a video of my gameplay all you would see is the screen with zero game info in it..which you can still see in a photo

    Hi again,

    If YouTube is unfamiliar, screenshots are still helpful.

    If possible, the easiest options are:

    • upload the video as an unlisted Youtube link, or you can also use X/Twitter if that is easier for you 
    • upload screenshots to IMGUR (or a similar image host) and send the link.

    Even if the clip only shows the screen without extra game info, that can still help. If you can, please also mention what moment to look at or include a timestamp for the exact issue.

    Hi again,

    Thank you for the screenshots.

    Please go to Settings > Game and check Visual Opacity / HUD opacity. In your screenshot it appears to be set to "No", which would explain why the gameplay HUD is hidden while the FPS counter still shows.

    Please change that setting to "Full", and it should show the entire HUD correctly in-game. It may be called Al completo in the Italian version of the game.

    Let me know if there is still an issue after changing that setting.
