Killed compiler, did not receive Vandal skin

Hey Bungie, 

First let me say I am loving the game so far and very excited to see what Season 2 brings us. I am just coming off the high of my first compiler kill. Sadly when my team returned to the lobby, only our Triage Myelin#9935 received the skin. Myself, Skludge#2497, the vandal, and our recon, Automatic Jack#4184 did not. I did a significant amount of damage during the damage phase and I exfilled with the ganglion. I will admit, we did recruit two teams along the way who helped us, but I know of other people who have still got the skin with the help of other teams We finished the run at about 1:30AM EST 5/23/26. We are playing on Xbox. This seems to be a known issue. Please reward us the skin I have dumped nearly 300 hours into this game working to achieve. I will attach a few screenshots and upload all the evidence I have as I've seen requested in similar posts, in hopes of a quick resolution.

I work in IT support so please let me know if there is anything I can do to help in terms of troubleshooting. Also worth noting I have codex glitch with "DCON DATA TRANSFER" It shows 1/1 but its not completed somehow (last screenshot).
