Disconnected after lobby wiping in ranked
We just lobby wiped in ranked outpost and with 6 minutes left both me and a teammate got disconnected, then got random errors that prevented us reconnecting and conveniently we were finally allowed back inside with 16 seconds left. I don't really care about most of the stuff but we lost 30k ranked points and 2 gold bullies wich i really want a refund for. Battling cheaters is already hard and we're pushing for the last points of diamond 1 so i'd be really gratefull to get some assistance. Happened 05/19/2026 at 00:39 CET, please check and refund us like the ranked points i honestly care more than the yellow bullies but it'd be nice to have both

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you lost one of your ranked games after disconnecting from a match. While we aren't able to refund any gear that is not automatically refunded by the game, for some connectivity issues, we'd recommend trying out our Basic Network Troubleshooting and Advanced Network Troubleshooting Guides to see if they help mitigate issues going forward. Regarding the instance you've faced, we've taken note of this thread and will continue monitoring any issues on our end.
But it was not a problem on our end , how can we not be compensated not even in rank points for a server side issue. We all play from italy and our other teammate was completely fine,again the problem wasn't on our end.
