Bungie Answered
a Communication / Social Features Bug.
The birthdate issue on my Bungie account appears to be corrected now, and Bungie friend requests are finally working.
However, communication/social systems in Marathon are still partially disabled.
- I still cannot receive crew invites
- Voice chat and proximity voice chat remain disabled
- Text chat/whisper chat remain disabled
- Crew chat disabled
- Invite notifications still do not appear
my steam is linked right and so is my psn my friends friend request took a whole week before it got sent to me is it problem with the snycing

We're glad to hear that the birthdate issue on your bungie account now appears to be corrected and that bungie friend requests are functioning again. We're sorry to hear that several communication and social features in Marathon still appear to be unavailable on your account.
If you haven't done so already, we recommend going through our Audio & Voice Troubleshooting Guide as well as our Date of Birth Requirements for Bungie Platforms and Services Guide.
If the issue Persists, please let us know whether the behavior changes after restarting the game. If possible, please also share screenshots or a short clip showing the missing or disabled social features, as this may help with the investigation.

this has a video of the problem and there is no age problem I am still locked for some apparent reason that I dont know off
