Compiler rewards not unlocked for crew
My crew and I (Borfus#3795, Velociraper#1293, and Malvarik#9059) killed compiler boss and exfiled, however, I was awarded the compiler skin for my runner shell, but my two crewmates were not rewarded the skin or codex entries. My teammate (Velociraper#1293) exfilled the compiler ganglion, but neither of my teammates received codex credit or runner shell skins for the boss kill. I did receive the skin for the boss kill, and I was the crew leader, which makes me suspect this is a bug

Hi there,
Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports about this occurring and are currently investigating.

Also, I was the only member of my crew to down (and then self-res) during the boss fight, and was subsequently the only crew member to receive codex credit for the compiler boss kill.
