Recurring Hack Debuff In Cryo Archive 5/15/2026
Attached are links to two YouTube videos. The first link shows my inventory loading in to a Cryo Archive crew fill game, as well as the loading process. The second link is prior to receiving the bugged debuff, attempts to clear the debuff, and subsequent death due to the debuff.

Please review both clips, and if possible, refund the gear that was lost due to the bug affecting core gameplay. Thank you.

The second video doesn't show how you initially received the debuff? Did you walk through a laser?
Unfortunately, Support isn’t able to restore lost loot. Any refunds that may be available are handled automatically by the game’s systems rather than manually through Support.

Thank you for the rapid response. The debuff was received through unknown means. Attached is a YouTube link showing the leadup to receiving the debuff.

What methods are available through Bungie Support or similar official support channels that will be able to provide restitution due to bugs?

We have taken note of your report and will investigate this on our end.
As mentioned previously, Support isn’t able to manually restore lost loot. If any account adjustments are available, they would be handled automatically by the game’s systems rather than manually through Support.
