Alternating current doesn't work. Was shooting a EMPed enemy and no health was being added back to my health pool.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • What loadout were you using?
    • What enemy were you shooting at?
    • Did the perk fail to activate at all, or did it activate but give no health?
    • Can you list the exact steps you took?
    • Does it happen every time or only sometimes?
    • Do you have a video clip of this?
