Exfil successfully, load out and all loot in dire marsh after greenhouse key room
Gamertag Zerk371 At approximately 1030am central time may 14, 2026. I had successfully exfiled from dire Marshall after we had done a green house key room after exfil it wouldn't let me continue back to the main screen then told me to i had to attempt to reconnect or id lose all progress and items. I had a full load out to include multiple gold items and purple and blue heals tons of ammo and 4 weapons as well as attachments

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you and your teammate were stuck on the "Continue waiting?" screen after exfilling. If you haven't already, please view our Network Troubleshooting Guide just to rule out any potential networking issues and to hopefully prevent this from reoccurring. You can also track your platform's server status to see if there were any outages.
If you get a "Continue waiting?" screen again, please try waiting and give it a few minutes to load you back into your game and finalize your results. If the error persists, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide linked above, as well as our Help article for Optimizing Connections.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
There was no connectivity issues it was just a vicious cycle until it was lost
I've got 2gig internet hardwired to my console there is no connectivity issues there it is something on yall's end
No other games give me any issues
