Can only hear teammates in lobby
I can talk to teammates and I can hear them in lobby, they can also head me. All of my sound settings for my mic and headphones are correct. As soon as we get into a raid I lose all communication with team. This has been happening since the game launches. I've tried wired and wireless headphones nothing works to resolve this issue.

To rule out any issues with your audio devices, we recommend that you ensure all your drivers (especially audio ones), Windows, and your BIOS are all up-to-date.
