infinite searching in match with all my squad while we have gold key
right now in my searching matchmaking screen waiting for a game for over 30 minutes have had someone now try to leave and open the game again to maybe atleast reset the matchmaking or take us out or error code or something but nothing is working. our only option is to close the game and when we open it our option is to reconnect and have another infinite loading or to disconnect and lose all our gear we have brought gold backpacks, gold keys, gold weapons and most importantly the gold key we wanted to open for our final challenge in the title we wanted (first gold key I've ever got excluding cryo) very frustrating and i don't want to lose it.
is there a way to fix this and get our stuff back or do we wait in this screen for another hour until we get error coded or it ends?

Are you receiving any specific error codes? or does the screen just stay on matchmaking?
If you can please grab a screenshot or let me know what the error code is.
If the reconnect option keeps looping, the only remaining option is to leave the session and relaunch the game, then let us know the time, platform, and provide any screenshots or a video of what happened.
