Compiler Kill, No Codex or Skin For It Unlocked

Description:
Defeated the compiler with a large group, dealt damage myself during damage phases etc, and exfiled successfully but did not receive any codex entires, skins, or any proof of defeating the compiler. One of my crew members got the skin, for example, and the other two of us did not.
Run occurred: approximately 5/9/26 @12-1am EST (estimating time)

* Here is a link to the run that I uploaded privately on youtube. It is a long video of the run starting from the time we meet the friendly lobby, so please let me know if there's other information or if screenshots from the video would be helpful as proof as well.
The skin is probably my most sought after thing in game, and am currently pretty racked over the bug since I'm not sure when I'll get another opportunity to try for it. And now I'm worried if this will occur again, of course. I appreciate any assistance with this issue! Thank you!

Thank you for the quick reply. I appreciate your efforts and hope those of us that didn't get the codex entries and cosmetics will be able to retroactively in the future. For myself this is surely something that has put me off the game the most in my time playing. Again, thanks and take care
