Keep getting banned in discord and I don't understand why

I just got killed in 2 out of my last 4 games by cheaters.  I'm already getting tired of the experience from this game, and now i'm casually talking with people in discord trying to help someone troubleshoot audio settings and it bans me?  what is the deal here?
