Twitch drops not working

Hey there, I am having trouble receiving my twitch drops. I have clamed them on my twitch account but they have yet to show up in game. Please help. I am posting this on mobile and don't know how to post screenshots but I have both my linked account and the inventory page showing all my my rewards clamed

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the report.

    If you have not already, please view our help page for Twitch Drops to verify that your account was linked correctly.

    If you have already gone through the steps in our Twitch Drops guide, please share screenshots of your Twitch Drops & Rewards Inventory and let us know exactly which drops have not been received in-game. Here is how you can do this on mobile:

    • Upload the screenshots to an image host from your phone, such as Imgur.
    • Copy the direct image link if the host gives you one (for example, a link ending in .jpg or .png).
    • Open the Marathon forum reply page.
    • Open this thread and post the links.
