Results not finalized and continue waiting?
Me with my friends have this problem. We just got the good fight, open the gold key and do the quest. But now we all 3 got this message with infinite repeateble waiting message. We've got the gold item - recyclable material it will be very sad to lose it. What can we show you to prove it?

We understand you got stuck in this screen when waiting for the results of your run to finalize. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact which it may have had. Often, issues such as this are related to connectivity bugs. With this in mind, you may wish to perform some Network Troubleshooting and Optimize Connections before you next play, as that will hopefully prevent a recurrence of such an incident.
If, however, you continue to experience this, then please let us know whether any error codes are presenting when you encounter this message, and we'll investigate. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems. Your understanding in this is appreciated.
Are you saying that our things are lost forever? We have the same issue at the different locations all of the world. That's not fair. We have not much time after work. We have a lot of preparations for this raid and that's all gone because of error? Thats not Fair at all
can you maybe just return our begin stuff back?
