not earning CARRI rep on exfil

I don't seem to be earning Carri rep when exfilling solo.  Had several exfils that i noticed no rep earned at all. 

Has been happening this past week.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • the rough date and time of the affected runs
    • a short video showing the successful solo exfil and then the faction rep result
    • any screenshots of the Run Report

    Please use your platform's capture button to take the video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
